I have been intrigued by the internet almost since it’s inception. What a great tool to gather knowledge and learn about our world from the comfort of home. Not only a great place to stay in touch with friends and family, but a way to meet others who share your interests. Mine include Food, Health and Wellness, Sports, Spirituality, and the Hope I can be a force of Change for the Better. Belief that we together can change the direction of our world is my mission for starting an online business. We can not rely on others to be responsible for our future, it’s up to you to make your future the way you envision it. Sure you can’t do it alone, but together we can make it happen.
I’m Here for a Reason
Having escaped death on 3 occasions, I believe God has kept me on this earth for a definite purpose. When I was a teenager I was in a car accident that at first did not appear to be serious. The hospital could not get in touch with my parents so they had to keep me there until they were reached. During this time I passed out and they took me into the Xray since there were no outward signs of injury. They discovered a blood clot that would have killed me had I been sent home. The second and third time I almost kicked it involved a tree knocked down in a storm. The first one in Fredericksburg VA fell on my first husband’s truck that I had been in seconds before it fell. The second one occurred during Hurricane Isabel when a tree destroyed my bedroom and ultimately my home. I had just been in my bedroom and Something told me to get out (wonder who that was 
So I am here by the grace of God and I will fulfill his purpose for me.
Where We Are Now
I am now married to the love of my life, Don. We met in high school and briefly dated. He is a couple years younger than I ( in high school that’s not so cool ). We found our way back to each other and just celebrated our 9 year anniversary. Now it is cool to have younger man! He is the most wonderful, loving and supportive husband a women could ask for. I lost my job in the automotive industry a few months ago and believe this also happened for a reason. I can see the changes the world is going through are not going to support the corporate greed that companies have come to expect. With the power of the internet, people will take the advice of others they trust instead of mass marketing that is shoved down their throat. I want to be one of those you can trust and know that I will tell it like it is. Those who know me well, can attest to that.
Passion
I am a Foodie. Love to cook, talk about food, watch Food Network, and eat. Next in line is Health and Wellness. I pride myself in never being sick with the exception of sinus issues which have diminished over the years. I am a big proponent of nutritional supplements and believe they are the key to healthy living. I eat organic foods whenever possible and think it is our duty to support these farmers who believe in sustainable practices. To stay healthy we must do it from within, both nutritionally and spiritually. I love sharing ways that I have found to stay thin, healthy and energetic.
